Will my order be delivered discreetly?
Yes it will. All orders are packed and delivered with discretion as a top priority. All packages are sent without any indication of the package contents. The only address apart from yours is a generic Street address which does not list our company name and only our number and street name.

Delivery schedule:
We endeavor to dispatch orders within 1 week. In the event that we will be unlikely to meet this delivery schedule we will offer you a choice between an extended wait for a specific product a suitable alternative or cancellation. Once you place an order and have received a confirmation email from us this does not institute a legal binding contract. Only once goods are dispatched and you receive an email confirming dispatch this then becomes an acceptance of your order.

Returning items:
We hope that you are happy with your purchases, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items you can do so as long as they are in original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Our 'Return Guarantee' means we are committed to ensuring you get the best possible fit every time you purchase from us.
We will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. Customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days.
